Mairead O’Flynn is a qualified coach with over 20 years’ experience across recruitment, talent development, early careers and higher education. She holds a Higher Diploma in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork and has a particular interest in career decision-making, self-awareness and career adaptability.

Drawing on her extensive experience supporting graduates, early-career professionals and experienced professionals, Mairead helps clients better understand their strengths, values, interests and motivations so they can make more confident and meaningful career decisions.
